Boerse Stuttgart Digital dan Tradias Selesaikan Merger 300 Karyawan - Tapi Merek Lama Tetap Dipertahankan Khusus Trading

Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias Complete Merger of 300 Employees - But Legacy Brand Kept for Trading

The landscape of European digital asset infrastructure has just shifted. Boerse Stuttgart Digital and institutional crypto trading firm Tradias have officially completed their merger. This consolidation creates a combined entity that now operates with a workforce of around 300 employees, making it a large-scale integrated digital asset infrastructure unit in the region.

The deal, first announced in February, has finally been finalized after securing the required ownership control procedure approvals. With the completion of this transaction, the regulated crypto businesses of both parties are officially merged under one roof. The main goal is to expand the reach of integrated services for banks, brokers, and various financial institutions across mainland Europe. However, the financial value of the transaction has not been disclosed to the public.

One Banner with Two Roles

Although the two companies have now merged, not all of the old identity is disappearing. The combined unit is confirmed to operate fully under the name Boerse Stuttgart Digital. However, as an operational compromise, the Tradias brand will be retained specifically to run the institutional trading service line.

At the helm, the entity is led by two key figures. Tradias founder Christopher Beck and Boerse Stuttgart Digital managing director Ulli Spankowski serve alongside each other as Co-CEOs. The two oversee the service portfolio, which now covers trading, custody, staking, and the launch of asset tokenization. Tradias itself currently provides trading access and market-making for more than 150 cryptocurrencies and various other digital assets.

The entity’s operational network spans several key regions. They maintain dual headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. To support its cross-border services, the company also operates additional locations spread across Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, Milan, and Ljubljana.

Unifying Two Institutional Client Lists

The most notable impact of the merger is the consolidation of each party’s heavyweight client portfolio. On the Boerse Stuttgart Digital side, they were already serving major banking names such as DZ Bank, DekaBank, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Société Générale-FORGE. On the other hand, Tradias complements this strength by bringing flatexDEGIRO, dwpbank, and a line of European government institutions into the new ecosystem.

The presence of this combined entity, armed with hundreds of employees, offers a new alternative for the traditional European financial landscape. Banks in the region now have a single point of access to regulated infrastructure services to accommodate the high turnover of digital assets.
