Strive Kantongi $85,88 Juta dari Saham SATA dalam Tiga Sesi - Cukup untuk Borong 1.002 Bitcoin

Strive Raises $85.88M from SATA Shares in Three Sessions - Enough to Buy 1,002 Bitcoin

Strive is estimated to have recorded $85.88 million in proceeds from the sale of SATA preferred shares across three trading sessions since September 21, 2026. Estimates from tracking platform BitcoinTreasuries.net show that the funds provide the company with enough capital to purchase approximately 1,002 Bitcoin, based on market prices during those sessions.

A new report revises earlier calculations from September 23 that used a benchmark Bitcoin price of $86,140. The updated data provides a more detailed breakdown using session-by-session prices ranging from $86,001 to $86,266, offering a purchasing power estimate aligned with daily market conditions.

Sales Peak in Second Session

A breakdown of capital flows across sessions points to high share turnover. During the September 21 trading session, an estimated 284,000 SATA shares changed hands, generating net proceeds of $27.69 million. That amount would equal 321.97 BTC if executed at the day’s average price of $86,001.

Trading volume peaked during the September 22 session. An estimated 370,000 shares were sold that day for net proceeds of $36.08 million - enough to acquire 418.27 BTC at the daily average price of $86,266. Capital inflows from SATA shares quickly came to dominate the company’s funding mix.

Strive CEO Matt Cole confirmed the impact of the share sales on the company’s treasury. Cole revealed that warrant exercises starting last week also brought in $21.2 million in gross proceeds. Combined, SATA shares have accounted for 57.7% of all capital raised by Strive to date.

What We Don’t Know Yet

The 1,002 Bitcoin figure from BitcoinTreasuries.net is purely an estimate of potential purchasing power, not a report of completed transactions. Strive is known to hold cash reserves and have access to alternative funding sources to support its operations.

The company is under no obligation to deploy the share sale proceeds on the same day. Actual purchases can only be confirmed once Strive releases official disclosures. Until those documents are published, third-party calculations remain the only indicator of the upper bound of Bitcoin Strive could purchase.
