The GameFi sector recorded a simultaneous surge in activity that sent dozens of tokens skyrocketing hundreds of percent within a single day. The latest data from on-chain tracker @PlayToEarn on X shows SNKRZ leading asset movements with a P2E Score spike reaching 900%, while step-to-earn game Walken dominates the main traction with a 27.17% increase.
This sharp movement is monitored through the P2E Score indicator. This metric does not refer solely to price fluctuations, but rather measures the combined active users, total on-chain transactions, and the trading volume of game tokens. The simultaneous rise of this metric across multiple tokens indicates the return of market interest to enter the crypto gaming ecosystem.
Dominance of Walken and Globula Traction
In terms of daily activity level calculations, three names secured the top positions for absolute traction. NMT settled in first place despite recording a 0% change, maintaining its already stable transaction volume. Second place was taken over by Walken, a steps-based Web3 application in the Solana ecosystem. The project, which requires players’ physical movement to generate rewards in the form of WLKN tokens, recorded a 27.17% expansion in traction.
In third place, Globula Game also attracted market interest. This project in the GameFi space recorded an 18.53% surge in organic activity, expanding player interactions as new capital flowed in.
Altcoins Hit Three-Digit Spikes
While Walken and Globula ruled the main traction metrics, the percentage gainer list was dominated by tokens that surged by hundreds of percent. SNKRZ topped the list with a 900% score jump, closely followed by DEFITofficial which rose 890.91% and Play Outlanders at 847.06%. Zeedz and Kugles World followed the trend with 740% and 700% growth, respectively.
These triple-digit increases continued to spread to other tokens in the market. Draftables surged 690.91%, Ashes of Mankind expanded 563.64%, and AppCalo grew 562.5%. Under a different metric grouping, dCUBE recorded a 728.57% increase, followed by Crypto ZeroFi at 617.65%, and NFT Panda which jumped exactly 600%.
This trend dragged a host of other names into the positive zone with scores above 500%. Omniaverse scored 573.33%, followed by Play Ascenders at 560%, and Wombat Dungeon at 553.33%. Mining Network and Draconian Era closed this long list with escalations of 546.15% and 528.57% respectively.
Money Begins to Change Hands
This tracking dataset proves that cash is flowing back to support the liquidity of the GameFi sector. Increased player interaction and transaction volumes across multiple unrelated games show that market capital is shifting in search of high-risk assets. For regular players and crypto holders alike, the soaring of these second-tier altcoins opens a window of opportunity, while also serving as a warning that assets skyrocketing overnight can reverse and fall the next day.
