Ethereum recorded a 38.89% growth in blockchain activity across the crypto gaming sector over the past 24 hours. Statistical data released by Web3 industry tracking account @PlayToEarn places the smart contract network at the top of the growth table, outpacing WAX in second place with a 30.9% increase, as well as a combined category of other networks at 27.43%.
The report from the account boasting 83,722 followers captured two layers of market movement simultaneously: blockchain infrastructure and gaming applications. While Ethereum led the growth pace on the main network layer, the numbers at the individual game level revealed a much sharper disparity in traction across projects.
Shiba Eternity Leaves Competitors Behind
Three gaming titles recorded the highest player traction over a full 24-hour period. Shiba Eternity completely dominated the list with an activity surge reaching 260.29%. This triple-digit figure propelled the game into the spotlight across the play-to-earn radar, capturing the lion’s share of attention in the gaming ecosystem today.
Two other top-ranking games lagged far behind in single-digit territory. Orchard.Gold took second place with a daily growth of 8.87%. In third place came Solsiege, a game from the Solana ecosystem, logging a 7.44% increase in traction.
Player Concentration at a Single Point
Shiba Eternity’s 260.29% surge is nearly thirty times higher than the growth rate of its closest rival, Orchard.Gold. This steep gap demonstrates a player movement heavily concentrated on a specific title rather than spreading across various new gaming options on other networks.
This pattern of user flow highlights the current nature of the crypto gaming market. Traction momentum rapidly shifts to a single game within hours, while the ecosystems where these games operate - such as Ethereum, Solana, and WAX - absorb network expansion at a steadier double-digit pace.
For play-to-earn market participants, this daily disparity emphasizes that player flow is driven by instant trends per title rather than loyalty to a single blockchain network.
