Michael Saylor Beri Sinyal 'More Orange Than Ever' - Tapi Bukti Pembelian Baru Belum Tembus SEC

Michael Saylor Signals ‘More Orange Than Ever’ - But Proof of Fresh Buy Has Yet to Hit SEC

Michael Saylor dropped a fresh hint to the crypto market on October 4, 2026, posting Strategy’s Bitcoin accumulation chart alongside a brief caption: “More orange than ever.”

The post was merely a teaser without specific details. Saylor did not disclose the purchase amount, transaction date, or the price paid per coin. As of Sunday, October 4, no new filings have appeared with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to confirm any additional acquisition by the company.

A Recurring Pattern of Posts

Market participants are closely watching the post because Saylor has a track record of front-running official announcements. An identical pattern played out last week when he wrote “Even more orange.” That post was quickly followed by a public disclosure on September 28 revealing a fresh purchase of 1,665 BTC.

The 1,665-coin transaction was executed during the week ending September 27, 2026. That move followed an earlier purchase in which the company bought 950 BTC for $75.7 million at an average of $79,670 per coin.

The series of recent acquisitions brought Strategy’s total holdings above 847,666 BTC as of September 28, 2026. To build that crypto reserve, the company has spent a cumulative $63.945 billion at an average price of $75,437 per coin, including transaction fees.

Selling Shares for Bitcoin

Strategy’s push to expand its Bitcoin treasury relies heavily on equity markets. The company funded its latest purchases by selling common MSTR shares to the public. Valuation metrics show the company’s mNAV ratio stood at 1.18x as of October 2 data.

During the same reporting period, MSTR shares traded at $159.11. That market pricing placed the value of the company’s preferred shares at roughly $14.13 billion.

The portfolio accumulation continues against the backdrop of the asset’s year-to-date rally. Bitcoin has logged an increase of roughly 43% in 2026, climbing from around $59,500 to the $85,000 level.

What We Don’t Know Yet

While Saylor’s track record shows his posts consistently culminate in coin purchases, the status of any new transaction cannot be confirmed today. Given that the post appeared over the weekend, confirmation of any corporate action still hinges on the regulator’s office hours. Via crypto.news.
