Six crypto venture capital funding rounds raised a total of $43.5 million between October 31 and November 6, 2026. This weekly capital inflow was distributed across three main sectors: commodities trading, payment systems, and prediction market infrastructure.
Of all incoming capital, the largest share went to the physical commodities trading sector. Uranium Digital’s Series A round led the weekly roster by securing $16.5 million from institutional investors.
How One Pound of Uranium Enters the Custodial System
Blockchain Capital led the Series A round for Uranium Digital, alongside participation from Portal Ventures and Apeiron Investment Group. The capital will be used to develop an institutional trading and settlement platform for physical uranium commodities.
The trading model developed by Uranium Digital utilizes digital warehouse receipts. Within this system, each receipt represents one pound of physical uranium stored in an accredited warehousing facility.
Uranium Digital appointed Anchorage Digital Bank as the official custodian for the digital receipt instruments. The move marks a critical step toward connecting Uranium Digital’s trading platform to institutional trading systems via prime broker networks.
London Liquidity Expansion and Latin American Payment Corridors
Beyond uranium, venture capital also flowed to liquidity providers. London-based execution firm LO:TECH secured a $12 million Series A round. The round was led by MMC Ventures alongside Faction, 13 Books Capital, and Atka.
LO:TECH allocated the capital for expansion into New York and Singapore to extend the reach of its liquidity execution services to a wider network of market participants.
At the same time, the payments sector saw new funding activity in Latin America. Payment platform Takenos raised $7 million in a seed extension round led by North Island Ventures and Road Capital Management.
The capital injection lifted Takenos’ total raised funding to $12 million. The new funds are earmarked to finance the company’s plans to expand its payment services into 15 countries by 2027.
Investor Focus on Chartered Custody and Physical Assets
This week’s roster of six investment rounds highlights a capital allocation trend anchored in infrastructure readiness. The largest share of capital targeted platforms linking digital receipts directly to physical commodities held in accredited facilities, backed by chartered custodian banks.
The involvement of Anchorage Digital Bank alongside the execution firm’s expansion into New York and Singapore sends a significant signal to the market. Chartered custodians and prime brokers serve as the essential backbone enabling multi-million dollar commodities and liquidity to be traded across digital markets.
