MARBLEX Mulai Staking Demon Meliodas 30 Juli - Taruhan Netmarble Bawa IP Anime ke Web3

MARBLEX Launches Demon Meliodas Staking on July 30 - Netmarble’s Bet on Bringing Anime IP to Web3

Netmarble’s blockchain gaming ecosystem, MARBLEX, has set July 30, 2026, as the launch date for its NFT Adventure Season 2 program. Ahead of the opening, the staking phase for the Demon Meliodas character, adapted from the popular anime and game franchise The Seven Deadly Sins, is now officially underway.

For Netmarble, one of South Korea’s largest game development studios, the move is more than just a routine release schedule update. The company is actively putting into practice how to marry mainstream intellectual property with the crypto ecosystem.

Turning Anime Characters into Reward Engines

The NFT Adventure program is fundamentally designed to merge NFT character ownership with staking and yield mechanisms. MARBLEX’s decision to launch Season 2 indicates that this digital asset-based player engagement model continues the format tested in Season 1.

The second season’s primary appeal rests entirely on Demon Meliodas. The main character from the Nanatsu no Taizai series is widely known for having a large, loyal fanbase across Asia. Through this NFT integration, players get the opportunity to use their favorite character not just as a display collectible, but as a productive asset that can be held in the system to generate ongoing rewards.

MARBLEX uses the MBX token as the backbone of all these economic activities. The native token serves as the medium of exchange to facilitate transactions, staking activities, and reward distributions throughout games in its ecosystem.

Acquisition Strategy for Non-Crypto Players

Selecting a character from The Seven Deadly Sins reveals MARBLEX’s strategic approach to expanding its market reach. Rather than building an independent Web3 brand from scratch and hunting for new players, Netmarble took a pragmatic route by injecting proven, popular intellectual property from its mainstream game titles into GameFi infrastructure.

This approach is designed as a bridge for traditional players to experience blockchain-based asset ownership. By bringing visual elements and characters from games with an already established audience, MARBLEX aims to reduce mainstream gamers’ hesitation about entering Web3.

For South Korea’s GameFi industry, the launch later this month is an experiment worth watching. If integrating such major intellectual property succeeds in attracting organic transaction volume from dedicated fans, Netmarble’s move could prompt other major developers to open their vaults of iconic characters to decentralized markets.
