French Cybercriminal Launders $667,000 Home Robbery Loot Through Crypto - Detective ZachXBT Freezes $93,000 in Assets

Two home robberies in France in April 2026 resulted in the theft of $667,000 in assets that were funneled into digital concealment routes. The perpetrators concealed the movement of their conventional crime proceeds using crypto wallet intermediaries. Independent on-chain investigator ZachXBT published an investigation tracing the transactions to a French cybercriminal operating under the pseudonym M1llionz, also known as RichMilly666.

Social Media Fraud Track Record

ZachXBT’s findings position M1llionz in a vital role as the party receiving and processing stolen home robbery assets into on-chain crypto balances. The money launderer notably did not keep his illegal activities hidden from public view. Long before being linked to the physical money laundering case, M1llionz had a history of openly posting explanations about how bank fraud works along with retail theft tactics across his personal social media accounts.

The cybercriminal’s involvement in the French home robbery cases underscores a growing trend of conventional criminals increasingly turning to crypto tools to launder proceeds from offline operations into the digital ecosystem.

Asset Freeze Disrupts Laundering

Wallet mapping evidence compiled by ZachXBT successfully led to a freeze locking $93,000 of the receiver’s assets. The crypto fund freeze interrupted the ongoing laundering process for a portion of the $667,000 stolen during the two physical property heists last April.

Shifting conventional money laundering operations to the decentralized realm has not guaranteed an easy escape route for criminals. The freezing of M1llionz’s digital wallets proves that physical loot still faces the risk of being traced and stopped before it can be fully cashed out. Reported by @zachxbt on X.
