Collector Crypt set a new record by opening 106,023 collectible card packs within 24 hours on the Solana network. The pack purchases generated gross revenue exceeding $22 million in a single day.
Blockworks data shared by Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic showed that the surge in daily volume doubled its previous all-time high. The collections opened by buyers were dominated by officially graded Pokémon cards priced between $25 and $5,000 per pack, alongside other franchises such as One Piece. On decentralized exchange Raydium, the platform’s total Pokémon card pack sales have surpassed $70 million through September 2025.
The high pack-opening volume did not rely solely on the platform’s main website, but rather on orders routed through dozens of external applications.
Integration Across 49 Partner Apps
Transaction activity surged thanks to integrations with 49 partner apps via Collector Crypt’s application programming interface (API). This partner ecosystem includes Pump.fun, Jupiter, Magic Eden, Solflare, and Slabz, contributing over $7.5 million in daily volume.
The platform’s daily active wallets reached around 6,200 addresses. That figure marks an approximately sixfold jump compared to the steady average of 1,000 daily users recorded in preceding months.
The user base holding real-world assets has also expanded. Unique wallets holding at least one tokenized physical collectible card have now surpassed 20,000. Meanwhile, accounts holding more than one card are approaching 10,000 wallets.
How Physical Cards Are Secured in Vaults
Collector Crypt’s operating model requires owners to deposit graded physical cards into custodial vaults. Once safely stored, the cards are minted into NFT representations with no deposit fees charged.
NFT holders retain full rights to redeem the original physical card at any time by burning the token and paying shipping costs. Alternatively, collectors can instantly liquidate cards via a buyback feature into the USDC stablecoin based on a percentage of their insured value.
CARDS Token Price Remains Subdued
User growth and soaring revenue have yet to lift the valuation of the platform’s governance token, CARDS. As of September 14, 2025, its price is still reported to remain below its all-time high, even as Collector Crypt’s business fundamentals and cash revenues have surged multiple times over.
For crypto market participants, this dynamic highlights a disconnect between capital flows in physical collectibles and governance token valuations. Tens of millions of dollars in physical card sales demonstrate real adoption on the Solana network, yet CARDS token holders observe that surging protocol cash flows do not automatically boost token prices in the open market.
